Restork only accepts items that we love and any item below 15 pounds will automatically be rejected due to low resale value. Other reason for us not accepting the item for sale is if the item doesn’t get approved by quality control due to bad condition or having pictures that do not match with the item. If you need us to explain why the item was rejected, please email customercare@restork.co.uk

Shipping costs are calculated for each individual item. You will see the precise cost of shipping for your order during the checkout process.
If you have an option of direct shipping, that will be free shipping. If you buy several items, your shipping costs will be added up and calculated at the checkout.

If the item’s quality doesn’t match the description, you have 7 days to let us know and return the item.
